• What is Bendy Packer?+–

  Bendy Packer is a trenchless solution used to point repair 45 and 90 degree elbows by carrying chemical patches. It’s suitable for small pipe sizes starting from 50mm up to 170mm with a length up to 3 meters.

• How can we choose the suitable model of the Bendy Packer?+–

  We are choosing the suitable BP Model based on 2 main criteria which are the pipe diameter and the required patch length.

• Can we use one BP Model for many pipe sizes?+–

  BP Model is multi-size packer which means that you can use one BP Model for many pipe sizes. For example, you can use BP10012520 for all pipe diameters between 100mm up to 125mm. You can check in the above table the Usage Size Range of each Bendy Packer model.

• Is PlugCo offering any training of how to use Bendy Packer?+–

  PlugCo is providing trainings to its clients of how use the Bendy Packers correctly, and in the end of training, PlugCo is giving certificates to the concerned ones. In addition, PlugCo is assisting its clients by providing on-site supervision.

• What are the storage conditions of the Bendy Packer?+–

  The Bendy Packers should be stored in a dark & dry place, away from direct sunlight, and the temperature must be between +5°C and +25°C. In addition, before and after each use of the Bendy Packer, be sure to clean the external surface of the packer. However, NEVER Clean the packer with solvents, hydrocarbons or other aggressive agents.
