The main delivery terms we are offering are DAP to the client’s address, CIP to the client’s closest airport and FCA-Turkey. We also offer DDP delivery term for many countries such as USA, KSA, UAE, Morocco… Our Delivery terms are always flexible and can be changed as per the client’s requirements.

• What is the material of Flexible Packers?+–

  The Flexible Packer is made of SBR+NR mixed rubber, nylon cord, Kevlar cord and strong fabrics.

• What is Flexible Packers?+–

  Flexible Packer is a trenchless solution used to repair a pipeline by carrying chemical patches. It’s suitable for small pipe sizes starting from 25mm up to 1200mm with a length up to 5 meters.

• How do we use Flexible Packers?+–

  The Flexible Packer is carrying chemical patches and ensure the installation of the patch on the cracked point by inflating the packer and waiting the required cure time. You can check more details concerning the application by watching our video.

• How can we choose the suitable model of the Flexible Packers?+–

  We are choosing the suitable FPP Model based on 2 main criteria which are the pipe diameter and the required patch length.

• Can we use one FPP Model for many pipe sizes?+–

  FPP Model is multi-size packer which means that you can use one FPP Model for many pipe sizes. For example, you can use FPP45060020 for all pipe diameters between 450mm up to 600mm. You can check in the above table the Usage Size Range of each Flexible Packer model.

• Is PlugCo offering any training of how to use Flexible Packers?+–

  PlugCo is providing trainings to its clients of how to use the Flexible Packers correctly, and in the end of training, PlugCo is giving certificates to the concerned ones. In addition, PlugCo is assisting its clients by providing on-site supervision. You can check an example of a training we gave before.

• What are the storage conditions of the Flexible Packers?+–

  The Flexible Packers should be stored in a dark & dry place, away from direct sunlight, and the temperature must be between +5°C and +25°C. In addition, before and after each use of the Flexible Packer, be sure to clean the external surface of the packer. However, NEVER Clean the packer with solvents, hydrocarbons or other aggressive agents.
