Conical Pipe Plug is a gravity lines testing device. It’s named also sealing cushion and it’s used to block or test sewer and drain pipelines of different sizes starting from Dia. 90mm up to Dia. 3600mm and it’s the best solution for confined space applications thanks to its foldable shape and light weight.
Can we use one CP Model for many pipe sizes?+–

CP Model is multi-size pipe plug which means that you can use one CP Model for many pipe sizes. For example, you can use CP6001600 for all pipe diameters between 600mm and 1600mm. You can check in the above table the Usage Size Range of each pipe plug model.
Is PlugCo offering any training of how to use Conical Pipe Plugs?+–

PlugCo is providing trainings to its clients of how to succeed their test and how to use the Conical Pipe Plugs correctly, and in the end of training, PlugCo is giving certificates to the concerned ones. In addition, PlugCo is assisting its clients by providing on-site supervision.
What are the storage conditions of the Conical Pipe Plugs?+–

The Conical Pipe Plugs should be stored in a dark & dry place, away from direct sunlight, and the temperature must be between +5°C and +25°C. In addition, before and after each use of the Conical Plug, be sure to clean the external surface of the plug. However, NEVER Clean the plug with solvents, hydrocarbons or other aggressive agents.
